We are pleased to announce the start of excavation work in the first phase of the Al Fursan (Saheel 1) project of the Ministry of Housing in Riyadh, Which begins in July 2024.

The first phase includes 613 villas.

It represents the result of our second cooperation with Aldyar Alarabiya Real Estate Development Company after the great success we achieved together in previous projects.

Our scope of work includes regular structural and electromechanical works
